A native of Palo Alto, Tim served as an operational finance expert with extensive experience building profitable technology businesses for investors. Tim has over 25 years of experience building, leading and advising pre to post IPO commonality, capitalization and expansion. Possessing detailed knowledge of concept initiatives in the ed-tech market to increase social value, extensive background in all facets of building technology investments including software development teams, direct sales, marketing, legal, finance, corporate governance, C-level business development, with the objective of building long term stakeholder value.


Tim embarked on a 10 year research project with Stanford University Social Scientists Dr. Julio Garcia and Dr. Joseph Brown to investigate the interface to college, and each step the student and parent must accomplish together to achieve the goal of a postsecondary education. Conditions exist within this interface to create long term "stakeholder" value, evaluating students and parents as consumers of education as a service as opposed to beneficiaries of public policy, corresponding with Michael Porter's Shared Value Initiative.  MBA Corporate Finance, research work in derivative instruments, block chain technologies in education, and political geography, Tim has written articles on Corporate Governance and the New Corporation, he currently works advising corporations in the Education Technology Market.
